Newborn Screening Saves Lives Act of 2007

Summary:

This law is about protection on the newborns and child screening for heritable disorder, the goverment will give their economic support to the families that have this type of problem.

The law is on process for approvation, the comunity will have access to forums, information on the goverment web page, counseling, testing, follow-up, treatment, and specialty services to parents, families, and patient advocacy and support groups, all about newborn screening and heritable disorder.

Opinion:

This law is really good for the health of the newborn, we think that now in days the Public Health Service doesn`t have a big budget for all the sick people, but with this law the younger will have more oportunities to grow healthier we hope the Congress approve it.
